​Marching Panther Parents!

Our Band Booster website is here to answer your questions about marching band, what to expect, how to volunteer, and how to raise money for the band!

Our biggest need every year is lots of volunteers!  We need MANY volunteers to have a successful marching season!  It starts with summer band camp and continues throughout the marching season.  From home football games to marching competitions, parents are an integral part of supporting the kids!   We even host our very own marching band invitational competition....our biggest fundraiser!

Our parent volunteers will be posting volunteer opportunities by mid summer. We look forward to meeting you and working side by side to support the kids as they enjoy a spectacular marching band season!

2026-2027 Band Patron Program
Family, friends and businesses can support our program by becoming band patrons!  All the money raised directly supports the band students of WCHS.

Double your donation:  Caterpillar, State Farm, and other employers match donations by employees and retirees. ​

Booster Meetings 
WCHS Band Boosters holds monthly meetings.  The meetings are open to all interested parties and are generally held on the 1st Tuesday of every month. 

Parents and members are strongly encouraged to attend to receive updates on the status of Booster efforts, programs and budgets.
